Yakov Eliashberg is currently interested in symplectic and contact geometry and topology.
While at the IAS he will continue his explorations of boundaries of symplectic flexibility and will be working on a book on symplectic h-principles. He also intend to learn about applications of h-principle techniques in fluid dynamics.
