IAS / South America
Program Overview
In consultation with a number of leading mathematicians and physicists, the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey, is working to advance knowledge by:
- Creating stronger networks between South American talent and the research community
- Collaborating with the South American scientific community to deepen existing strengths and provide opportunities to develop emerging areas of mathematics and physics
IAS / South America’s inaugural programs, in July and August 2027, will assemble international cohorts of scholars to offer two two-week academic intensives in Argentina, designed for advanced graduate students and postdoctoral scholars in mathematics.
