Simons Hall Dining Room
Monday–Friday
Breakfast: 8:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.
Continental offerings including cereal, baked goods, fresh fruit, yogurt, and hot and cold beverages.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
Rotating selection of two, chef-curated hot entrées (meat/fish and vegetarian), soup, salads, sandwiches, desserts, and hot and cold beverages.
Wednesday and Friday
Servery Dinner: Select Wednesdays, 5:30 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
Gourmet Dinner: Select Fridays, 6:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m.
Buffet Dinner: Select Fridays, 6:00 p.m.

Extensive drinks list including wine, beer, hand-crafted cocktails, soda, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
Fuld Hall Common Room
Monday–Friday
Afternoon Tea: 3:00 p.m.–4:30 p.m.
Tea, coffee, and freshly-baked cookies served for scholars, Faculty, and staff to enjoy.
Institute scholars break bread at Simons Hall, engaging in conversation and collaboration over breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared by the Dining Services team. To support and preserve Simons Hall's intimate and cohesive community environment, access to this private venue is limited to Institute Members, Faculty, Staff, Friends of the Institute, and their guests.

Your health and comfort are important to us! If you have any allergies or special dietary requirements, please speak with our friendly Dining Services team before placing your order. Kindly note that our facility does use and process nuts and nut products.
Welcoming Children
We are delighted to welcome children for Buffet Dinners and at lunch during school emergency closings. To ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment, we ask that children are accompanied by an adult at all times and that all guests—especially children—are considerate of others.
