What Can We Learn from Cosmic Structure?

The observed structure in the universe is a treasure-trove of information but accessing it is complicated by non-linear evolution, bias, and systematics. I will discuss novel approaches to access the abundant fluctuations modes beyond the linear regime to probe the questions of cosmic acceleration, dark matter, and the cosmic beginning.
