My project is a normative exploration of the education adequacy lawsuit in New York. Should the right to education be justiciable? How does the normative argument in favor of the court's enforcement of the right to education implicate difficult questions relating to intergenerational justice? What are the potential pitfalls of the race-neutral character of this social justice strategy?
