Campus Housing - Activities Building

The Activities Building houses the laundry facility, a small lounge (with a television), the Piano Room (by reservation only), a kiln room for pottery, and a general activities room that can be reserved for events by emailing [email protected]. When making a reservation for the Activities Building, please allow enough time for set up and clean up.

Guidelines for the Activities Building:

1. Smoking is prohibited.
2. Animals are not allowed inside the building.
3. For the safety and security of our community, children under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

All ID cards have been programmed to open the building's main entrance, which also grants access to the laundry and lounge areas.

Use of the Piano Room is by reservation only on AppointmentsPlus, and requires special ID-card access via email at [email protected].

Guidelines for the Piano Room:

1. As this piano is used by many people in the IAS community, proper care is essential when playing it.
2. We ask that adults avoid reserving the piano during after-school hours when children are typically expected to practice.
