An exhibition currently on display in the Institute's Rubenstein Commons offers insight into the research methods and collaborative work that informed one of the most influential anthropological projects of the twentieth century. The project was carried out in Sefrou, Morocco by a team led by Clifford Geertz, who joined the Institute Faculty in 1970.
