Ruminations on an Event at LZ

Recently, the LZ experiment reported a single event consistent with a nuclear recoil - a potential signature of dark matter. I’ll discuss the experiment, the event, and what scenarios people are discussing. I’ll mention some future scenarios that could unfold.
