Mike Amezcua is a historian of the United States, political economy, and Latinx peoples. At IAS, he will be working on a book that examines the evolution of Latino capitalist endeavors ranging from commercialist crusades to global trade in the 20th & 21st centuries, providing a framework to understand Latino economic history in the US.
