Sareeta Amrute is an anthropologist who investigates data-centric technologies and societies, centering race and caste as analytics of power within technological domains. At IAS, she will investigate the relationship between caste and data-centric technologies by focusing on the security practices of anti-caste movements in the South Asian diaspora.
