Marta Domínguez Díaz studies the social history of North Africa between the eighteenth and twentieth centuries, with a focus on the communities of Iberian origin. While at IAS, she will work on a monograph examining how extraterritoriality shaped social relations between Jews and Muslims in Morocco on the eve of colonial rule (1860–1912).
