At IAS, Valentina Sagaria Rossi will edit the rich and unexplored correspondence (1897–1917) between Giuseppe Caprotti and the Arabist Eugenio Griffini, focusing on Yemen's manuscript heritage and on the networks connecting the Arabian Peninsula and Europe, and thereby shed new light on the transfer of Yemeni manuscripts to European libraries.
