A new study in Science has challenged the myth that life in the Little Hungarian Plain in the Early Middle Ages was dominated by "barbarians." The results have been published by the HistoGenes project, of which Patrick Geary, Professor Emeritus in the School of Historical Studies, is co-principal investigator.
