Kovner Membership

The Kovner Foundation supports Kovner Members and other Kovner scholars including Director’s Visitors, Distinguished Visiting Professors, and Research Associates who are visiting the Institute from Israel. Through funding from the Kovner Foundation, this partnership advances the Institute’s founding commitment to serve as a refuge for scholarly excellence and ensure that scholars who are citizens of or reside in Israel are afforded continuing access to the global community of discovery.

Kovner scholars shall be designated by the Director of the Institute from among those who have accepted a visiting scholar appointment at the Institute for Advanced Study.
