Analyst: Only Independent Commission Could be Trouble for Trump

U.S. President Donald Trump has dismissed allegations that his close associates and campaign advisers have had close ties with Russia. He defended his ousted national security adviser Michael Flynn on Wednesday, blaming the controversy on what he called illegally leaked information. Klaus Larres, Member in the School of Historical Studies, explains that an independent probe could be trouble for the administration.
