Special High Energy Theory Seminar
A Novel Hydrodynamic Phenomenon from Gravity
AdS/CFT implies a precise correspondence between the solutions of
classical gravity and fluid dynamics. After a brief outline of this
correspondence, I will focus on an interesting phenomenon in
hydrodynamics of field theories with global anomalies which has
been discovered by taking this correspondence seriously.
