Nathaniel Jones' primary research focuses on the intersections of artistic production, art theory, and social practice in the ancient Mediterranean world. He is currently working on a book examining the intertwining of time and space in the creation and reception of Roman art, in a variety of media, from the Republic to Late Antiquity.
