Funlayo E. Wood studies Africana religions, specializing in the Ifa-Orisa tradition. While at IAS she will continue work on a project examining Africana religions' intersections with digital technology and on her manuscript, Obi: Death, Divination, and the Divine Feminine, which highlights the kola nut as medicine and divination tool.
