International Pot Luck

As a way to enjoy the many cultures at the Institute, we invite you to join us in creating a meal together of specialty dishes from around the world. 

Bring a dish from a country of your choice; more than one individual or family can sign up for a country.

• We ask that each family bring either an appetizer, main course, salad or dessert from their country of choice; enough to feed 10-12 people (Take-outs items can be purchased if this is easier).
• Please list the ingredients in your dish on a paper or card and bring it to be displayed on the food tables.
• When you register, you will be asked to select the country for which you will bring a dish.
• Paper goods (plates, utensils) and beverages will be provided.
• All are welcome to wear traditional clothing and bring decorations and facts to share about your country and/or dish. The tables will be decorated with the flags of the countries represented and fact sheets about the food culture.
• A scavenger hunt will take place for the children who attend.
