Subject: Recent Problems with Appointment Scheduling
All, we are aware that the community is experiencing problems when attempting to schedule appointments for IAS services, via the AppointmentPlus tool. The AppointmentPlus platform has been experiencing a problem since this past weekend, which has resulted in intermittent service disruptions, and degraded performance. We are in close contact with our representatives from the company, and they are anticipating the problems being fully resolved in the next day or two.
In the meantime, we ask for your patience while attempting to schedule appointments using the system. If it is not working at that moment, please try again a few minutes later and you will hopefully have better success.
We apologize for this inconvenience and will continue to keep you informed as the situation resolves.
