How to have Firefox use Adobe Acrobat as a default for PDF Documents

To use Adobe Acrobat as a default for PDF documents in Firefox, please follow these steps in Firefox:

  1. Click on Tools from the menu bar
  2. Select Options
  3. Scroll to the Applications section.
  4. Type PDF in the "Search file types or applications" search bar. Press the return key.
  5. Click in the "Action" column next to "Portable Document Format (PDF) and select "Open in Firefox".
