Dining
The dining hall serves the Institute community. It is not open to the general public, but members of the Institute community may bring guests. Former Members are welcome at lunch. At lunchtime the dining hall will accept charges to Institute ID cards, credit cards, Apple and Android pay for items purchased.

Dinner Reservations
Click the link above to view the schedule for dinners and for instructions for making reservations for Wednesday and Friday Dinners. Beverages are available for an additional charge. Reservations can be made , via the Dinner Reservation Form, by telephone 609-734-8168, or with one of the cashiers.
Special Dietary Needs
If you are a Vegan and require Vegan meals, please e-mail the Chef, Michel Reymond at: reymond@ias.edu
Certified Kosher meals are available upon request
If you suffer from allergies or have dietary restrictions, it is your responsibility to check with the Dining Services staff before ordering.
