Servery Dinners are offered on most Wednesdays between 5:30 p.m.–7:00 p.m. This dinner includes a salad, entrée, dessert, and one beverage, which guests order and collect from the servery. Guests may choose their seat in the dining hall.
Servery Dinners are available for $32 per person by confirmed reservation. Additional beverages are available for purchase.
Gourmet Dinners are offered on specified Fridays between 6:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m. This dinner includes a four-course menu which changes weekly. Guests can select a fish, meat, or vegetarian entrée. Set seating arrangements are assigned to each reservation in the dining hall. Wait staff serve guests at their tables.
Dining Room Manager Renée Robinson, a certified holder of the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines from the Napa Valley Wine Academy, expertly curates the Institute’s selection of wines and spirits, and can guide guests in choosing wine pairings to complement the menu. The beverage offerings include a variety of mixed drinks and wines by the bottle, as well as bottled sparkling and still waters.
Gourmet Dinners are available for $95 per person by confirmed reservation. Beverages are not included. Gratuity for wait staff is appreciated.
