Simons Hall

  • Located inside the Institute for Advanced Study, the restaurant serves a prix fixe four-course menu on selected Friday evenings, and self-service dinners some Wednesdays.
  • The wine cellar includes a remarkable selection of wines from around the world.
  • Housed in a temperature-controlled room, hundreds of selections are available.
  • Renée Robinson, Maître D and Sommelier (WSET II certified) will be pleased to recommend and guide you through your wine selection.
  • The Restaurant at IAS will open for dinner service on October 11, 2023. Reservations are required for all dinners.

 

Servery Dinners are offered some Wednesdays. The dinner is self-service and includes an salad, Entrée, dessert and a beverage for $30 per person. Additional beverages are available for purchase.

Gourmet Dinners are offered on Friday evenings by confirmed reservation only. The menu is an ever-changing four-course with a choice of entrées. Dinner is $95 per person, plus beverages. Please contact the IAS Events Team, events@ias.edu with questions regarding Gourmet Dinner Reservations.
