Changing Passphrase

Prior to changing your passphrase, please note the current Institute's passphrase policy.

To change your passphrase, follow the steps detailed here.

NOTE: Changing your passphrase necessitates re-authenticating to the IAS and eduroam networks if you already have previously registered your mobile devices using your IAS credentials.

WARNING NOTE: If you have a mail client configured on a device and the passphrase is saved it may continue to use the old passphrase, which will fail, causing your account to get temporarily locked for one hour due to too many incorrect passphrase attempts. If this happens, change the passphrase on any mail clients you may have, wait one hour and you should be ok.
