Workshop Announcements
- Luggage drop will be located in Rubenstein Commons Meeting Room 5 on Friday, October 2nd
- Wednesday through Friday: Coffee and tea will be available for workshop participants before the talks begin outside of Rubenstein Commons Meeting Room 5. Please note that breakfast items will not be served. A mid-morning coffee break will also be served with a selection of petite pastries.
- Wednesday, September 30th only: afternoon tea will take place in the Bloomberg Hall Common Room beginning at 3:00pm.
- Afternoon tea on Thursday, October 1st will take place at 3:00pm outside of Rubenstein Commons Meeting Room 5.
- Please wear your workshop name badge at all times as it serves as your ticket for all meals.
- The daily lunch menu is available here: https://www.ias.edu/dining/lunch. Note that lunch begins at 1:00pm in Simons Hall and the servery doors close at 1:30pm. Lunch includes choice of one hot entree, dessert and a soft drink.
Registration begins at 9:00am on Wednesday, September 30th outside of Rubenstein Commons Meeting Room 5.
