A Precision Bound for Gravitational Transseries
Abstract: We argue that the large N transseries of a holographic observable above the black hole threshold admits a precision bound, a limit on how precisely the transseries can determine the observable at finite N, set by the data of its D-brane instanton sectors. Along the way, we develop methods in large N resurgence that capture the exp(-N^2) asymptotics of gravitational saddles, beyond the exp(−N) instantons.
