If you are off campus, the Math Computing Group can also provide support through applications such as TeamViewer and Zoom. Please visit our Remote Support Options webpage for more information. 

When submitting a support request by email, please include as many details as possible about your specific issue. For example:

• "I need the XYZ application installed on my IAS computer for my research."
• "The third-floor printer in Fuld Hall is jammed."
• "How do I register my device on the wireless network?"
• "I would like to connect my laptop to the monitor in my office.  It has an HDMI port.  Can you help?"

Once we receive your request, a member of the Math Computing Group will review it and respond as quickly as possible with either a resolution or a request for additional information.
