How to Configure Apple Mail to access IAS Email

To configure Apple Mail to connect to your IAS Email:

1. Launch Apple Mail.
2. Click on Mail.
3. Click on Add Account.
4. Click on Other Mail Account.
5. Click on Continue.
6. Enter the following information:
   
   Name: Enter your name here.
   Email Address: Enter your IAS email address here (e.g. [email protected]).
   Password: Enter your IAS password here.
    
7. Click on the Sign in button.
8. Enter the following information:
   
   User Name: Enter your IAS username here. This is the part of your IAS email address before the @ sign. For example, if your IAS email address is [email protected], your IAS username is jdoe.
   Incoming Mail Server: mail.ias.edu:993
   Outgoing Mail Server: smtpauth.ias.edu:587
    
9. Click on the Sign In button.
10. Click on the Done button.
