I cannot reset my password through UpdateMe

Resetting your password through UpdateMe only works when you are an Incoming Scholar or Past Scholar, an is mainly used to update the Community of Scholars page or Onboarding information.

Once you are an active or current scholar, you have a full account that has access to other Institute resources, such as E-mail, workstation login, Eduroam network, VPN, etc. In order to reset your password, you will need to contact the Math Computing Help Desk or follow the instructions on the FAQ pages:
