PiTP 2023 : “Understanding Confinement” 

Prospects in Theoretical Physics (PiTP) is an intensive two-week summer program designed for advanced graduate students and postdoctoral scholars. The program will be held from July 10-21, 2023 at the Institute for Advanced Study, Princeton, NJ. 

REGISTRATION UPDATE: The application process is closed. Local scholars are welcome to attend the lectures, but not meals or special events.

IAS Store

You can still purchase items from the IAS Store. If you make a purchase by end of day Monday, July 17th, it can be delivered to you on campus. 

IAS Daily Lunch Selections, Dinner, and Grocery Information

The lunch break is 1:00-2:00pm daily, but the food service area closes at 1:30pm.
You can view the selections online, updated every morning: 
(Lunch includes a main course, soup or salad, dessert and one beverage.)

The dinner break is 5:30-7:00pm, but the food service closes at 6:30. 

The IAS servery in Simons Hall also has grocery items available for purchase:
