Workshop Announcements

Friday, May 22nd: luggage drop in Bloomberg Hall (across from the lecture hall in the coat room area) beginning at 9:00am.
Wednesday, May 20th and Thursday, May 21st: from 4:30pm - 6:30pm, additional discussions areas are available in the Physics Library.
All drop-in attendees must sign the attendance sheet located at the registration desk outside of Bloomberg Lecture Hall.
Tuesday through Friday: Coffee and tea will be available for workshop participants from 9:00am until 9:30am in Rubenstein Commons. Please note that breakfast items will not be served.
Please wear your workshop name badge at all times as it serves as your ticket for all meals.
The daily lunch menu is available here: https://www.ias.edu/dining/lunch. Note that lunch begins at 1:00pm in Simons Hall and the servery doors close at 1:30pm. Lunch includes choice of one hot entree, dessert and a soft drink.
MONDAY, MAY 18th: Registration begins at 10:00am on Monday, May 18th in Bloomberg Hall. Lectures begin at 11:15am in Bloomberg Hall. A coffee break will be held in Rubenstein Commons beginning at 10:00am.
Wednesday, May 20th: beer and wine will be available at the bar in Rubenstein Commons beginning at 6:30pm. The reception with light refreshments will be held in Rubenstein Commons Meeting Room 5.

Physics is fun at the extremes. This program will bring together experts working on a range of extreme limits in quantum field theory and string theory, such as large multiplicity limits of scattering amplitudes and energy-energy correlators, high genus limits of string theory, and resurgence. By bringing together researchers with multiple backgrounds, the program will foster exchanges of ideas and look for opportunities to extend established methods, like those in matrix models and conventional perturbation theory, to tackle new problems at the extremes.

This workshop will be held in person only. The registration fee for the workshop is $100.00 which includes all coffee breaks, lunches and dinners. Accommodations are not included in the registration fee.
