Sphere Free Energy with Cubic Interactions
Abstract: Scalar field theories with cubic interactions and purely imaginary coupling constants describe non-unitary universality classes arising when certain conformal minimal models are continued above two dimensions. I will discuss two methods of approximating the d-dimensional sphere free energy in these theories: dimensional continuation from six dimensions, and perturbation theory around a bilocal action near the long-range/short-range crossover.
