Our work spans five key areas:
- Infrastructure – Planning and maintaining a resilient, secure technological foundation that meets the evolving needs of the School's community.
- Systems & Services – Delivering the technical services required to sustain information technology systems that support the School's research, administrative, and auxiliary operations.
- Training & Support – Providing the guidance and resources that empower our community to use these systems effectively and confidently.
- Security & Stewardship – Safeguarding the School's data, research, and digital resources through responsible, proactive practices.
- Innovation & Partnership – Collaborating with faculty, researchers, and staff to explore new tools and approaches that advance the School's mission.
