Announcements and Reminders

• All lectures will be held in Wolfensohn Hall, with the first talk at 9:30am.  If you are arriving after 9:30 am Monday, go to the registration desk in Wolfensohn to pick up your name badge. Note: Your registration badge is required for all meals. Please wear it at all times.
• Morning coffee break and afternoon tea will be held in Rubenstein Commons.
• Poster Session: Posters should be dropped off at the registration desk no later than Tuesday morning. The poster session will be held in Rubenstein Commons Room 5. A list of posters is available on the sidebar. Posters will be removed after the poster session and placed in Rubenstein Commons Room 4. Please pickup your posters by Wednesday morning. Any posters not picked up will be at the registration desk in Wolfensohn Hall.
• Lost and Found: Any lost and found items will be placed on the registration table in Wolfensohn Hall lobby.
• The link to the lecture recordings is available in the sidebar.
• A luggage drop area will be available on Wednesday morning. This will be located in Bloomberg Hall on the 1st Floor in the coat area next to the elevator. Please have a luggage tag with your name on your luggage.
