Grocery
The grocery shop is located inside the Simons Hall servery, allowing the Institute community to stock their fridge and pantry without having to step outside campus. Grocery items are available for purchase during breakfast (8:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.) and lunch service (11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.).
Fresh Market
Hand-selected fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables are available for purchase, alongside European and domestic cheese cuts and charcuterie selections.
IAS chefs work with purveyors who offer top shelf juices and teas, sparkling waters from natural sources, along with highly acclaimed European yogurt and butter, and fresh eggs from local farms.
Meats and Fish
Depending on market availability, fresh cuts of individually vacuumed-packed fish or meat may occasionally be for sale in the refrigerated cases. Prepared meals and speciality sauces are periodically sold depending on the season and availability.
Dry Goods
Also in stock are European dry pastas, legumes, and jarred sauces along with pantry-sized bottles of vinegar, oils, and other staple condiments.
