Workshop on Recent Developments in Symplectic Dynamics

Gibbs Measures on Infinite Trees and Homoclinic Points

I will discuss homogeneous Markov Gibbs measures on Cayley trees and how the question of their existence and multiplicity is related to homoclinic points of non-smooth symplectomorphisms and more general Lagrangian correspondences. My talk is based on a joint work with Pietro Majer.
