In addition, on or before April 15, 2022, all individuals must provide proof of having received a booster for the COVID-19 vaccine. Participants must upload their proof of Covid-19 vaccination to CrowdPass prior to April 15, 2022. Unvaccinated individuals or those who do not provide proof will not be permitted to participate in PCMI. No exceptions or exemptions will be granted.

The required proof will show that individuals have completed an U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or World Health Organization (WHO) approved vaccination, including those authorized for emergency use, in order for on-campus access.  All individuals must also provide proof of having received a booster for the COVID-19 vaccine.
