Participant Presentations - Poster and Gong Shows
Organizers will assign participants to a date and time for the presentation sessions below. A list of presenters and titles will be posted here and on the bulletin board in Wolfensohn Hall by Tuesday July 21st.
GONG SHOWS
July 23rd and July 30, 2:00pm - 3:15pm
Each person will have 4 minutes to present. Submit a PDF of your Gong Show Slides by July 21st. All entries will be combined into one presentation to allow a smooth transition between presenters. All slides should be in landscape format.

POSTER SESSIONS
July 23rd and July 30, 3:45pm - 5:00pm
IAS does not have the ability to print posters. Closest printing available is UPS Store at 174 Nassau St, Princeton, NJ 08542. Other option are not within walking distance, but can be reached by taking a ride share: Staples or FedEx
- Poster max size 24"x 36" or 36" x 48"
- Submit poster title by July 21st, if not already provided
