Past PiTP 2025 Announcements and Reminders

  • The PiTP Pool/Pizza Party will be held today, Wednesday, July 23rd, from 5:30pm - 8:30pm at the Director's home at 97 Olden Lane.  Please enter through the gate on Einstein Drive and bring your own towel for the pool
     
  • There will be a PiTP 2025 group photo taken on Wednesday, July 23rd at 10:45am (beginning of coffee break) behind Fuld Hall
     
  • Information regarding weekend activities, public transportation, local restaurants and grocery stores is available on the sidebar under "General Information"
     
  • Posters from Session 1 are now located in Bloomberg Hall to view at your convenience. A directory of where the posters are hung is posted on the sidebar.
     
  • For those who presented posters this week, please remove your posters from Bloomberg Hall by Friday evening (July 18th). If you left a poster carrier, please pick it up at the information desk in the Wolfensohn Hall lobby.
     
  • Please check the Wolfensohn Hall lobby bulletin board or see the link in the sidebar for your assigned date/group for the archival presentation and displayFinal poster sessions lists will be available on the bulletin board in Wolfensohn Hall lobby and on the web site by 11:30am on Tuesday, July 15th
     
  • For Monday, July 14th - please remember to register for PiTP in Wolfensohn Hall before going to breakfast in Simons Hall (8:30am-9:30am). Your registration badge is required for all meals.  
     
  • Posters should be dropped off at the information desk in Wolfensohn Hall by Monday, July 14th.

  • Register for the Archival Presentation and Display at the information desk in Wolfensohn Hall before end of day Tuesday, July 15th
