During your time at the Institute you enjoy complete academic freedom and the opportunity to explore the boundaries of your field - and your own creativity - in a community of respected, highly-engaged mentors and peers. Oftentimes, the connections and ideas that form during a member's time at the Institute help set the course for their future research endeavors, and as we all know, securing external funding can be essential to making those research plans a reality.
Recognizing this, we're committed to supporting members' efforts to identify viable research funding options, and to helping "get the ball rolling" with regard to crafting compelling submission materials.
Your home institution will, of course, play a central role in your fundraising efforts, so we encourage you to involve them from the start in anything you do in this regard. But know that we're here to support you as you identify the resources you need to grow the "intellectual seeds" you sow while on our campus.
