HS-SS Library Talk: Sexual Politics and Body Politics

Joan Wallach Scott, Professor Emerita in the School of Social Science, and Shatema Threadcraft, Member in the School and Associate Professor of Government at Dartmouth College, will discuss "Sexual Politics and Body Politics: Gender and Race in Historical and Political Perspective." Scott recently authored the book Sex and Secularism, published by Princeton University Press. Threadcraft recently authored the book Intimate Justice: the Black Female Body and the Body Politic, published by Oxford University Press.
