Photo Day

The Institute is pleased to offer Photo Day to the IAS Community. Complimentary professional headshots will be provided on campus on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

Registration is required to guarantee your spot. Please reserve a time online in advance. Walk-ins will be accommodated on a stand-by basis. If you are unable to make this date, please let us know, and we will see if further arrangements can be made.

The two locations that are planned for photographs are Rubenstein Commons Meeting Room 1 and the Mathematics - Natural Sciences Library (Fuld Hall, second floor).

After the shoot, the photographer will ask you to select a picture, which will be shared via Dropbox for your future personal or professional use. A message will be sent to your IAS email when the photos are ready. This will include instruction on how to credit your photographer.  Please allow two weeks for delivery of your photos.
