Research Description: Tsvi Tlusty is interested in what distinguishes living matter from the lifeless and looking at living systems as evolvable molecular information processors. He is focused on how the function of proteins as information channels that operate under distinct biochemical constraints may explain the unique physical properties of this state of matter.
