Research Description: María Paz de Hoz is studying Hellenic identity in inner Anatolia. She analyzes literary and, mainly, epigraphic sources in order to discover the ways that indigenous populations could achieve Greek literacy and education and to try to establish the relation between different degrees of education and different educative systems.
