Research Description: Alexander Hirsch uses game-theoretic methods to analyze how political actors identify and develop effective public policies despite their differing goals and beliefs. Currently, he is analyzing how legislative veto players can encourage entrepreneurial political actors to invest costly resources to develop high-quality legislation.
