Research Description: Till Bargheer studies the hidden symmetries and integrable structures that emerge in maximally supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory and its string dual. In particular, he wants to understand how correlation functions, scattering amplitudes, and Wilson loops in the planar theory are governed by the strong constraints imposed by integrability.
