Research Description: Adele Reinhartz’s field of research is first-century Judaism and Christianity. At the Institute, she will be working on a chapter of a book on the Gospel of John and the Parting of the Ways. The chapter will focus on patristic use of the Fourth Gospel in discussing the relationship between Judaism and Christianity.
