A Charitable Gift Annuity is a popular philanthropic strategy that could help put you on the road to happiness. A Charitable Gift Annuity is a simple contract between you and the Institute.  In exchange for an irrevocable gift of cash or marketable securities, you and/or you and a loved one will receive a stream of fixed income payments from the Institute for your lifetime(s).
