A/V Services
Includes:
- On-site set up, operation, and support of all audio/visual equipment.
- Equipment includes: digital projectors, over-head projectors, slide projectors, projection screens, flat-screen TVs, Blu Ray players, DVD players, VHS players, podiums, microphones, audio speakers, stereo equipment, outdoor PA system.
- On-site video and audio recording of events.
- Editing of recorded materials, including addition and removal of video and audio selections, and overlay of titles.
- Post-production of web videos for recorded events.
- Media conversion and duplication, including DVD, web video, CD, cassette, mp3.
- On-site video conferencing; locations including West Seminar room and White Levy room.
- On-site teleconferencing.
- On-site multi-casting capability available. (24 hour set up and testing required)

- 2 Ceiling-mounted automatic projection screens; 1- wide, 1 – narrow (on stage)
In AV room:

- Audio Mixing Board
- Audio Processor; used for movie viewing audio

- Digital projector; used for laptop presentations
- 6 Wireless lapel microphones; 6 – wireless hand-held microphones (*all 12 cannot be used simultaneously, a max. of 6 wireless microphones can be used at once; panel discussions for up to 6 people available)
- Rack-mounted CD/cassette player/recorder
- Rack-mounted mp3 player/recorder
- 2 Wall-mounted audio speakers (on windows, far left corner and far right corner)
