A/V Services

Includes:

  • On-site set up, operation, and support of all audio/visual equipment.
  • Equipment includes: digital projectors, over-head projectors, slide projectors, projection screens, flat-screen TVs, Blu Ray players, DVD players, VHS players, podiums, microphones, audio speakers, stereo equipment, outdoor PA system.
  • On-site video and audio recording of events.
  • Editing of recorded materials, including addition and removal of video and audio selections, and overlay of titles.
  • Post-production of web videos for recorded events.
  • Media conversion and duplication, including DVD, web video, CD, cassette, mp3.
  • On-site video conferencing; locations including West Seminar room and White Levy room.
  • On-site teleconferencing.
  • On-site multi-casting capability available. (24 hour set up and testing required)

  • Multiple digital inputs, including PC, Mac mini, and laptop inputs including VGA and DVI.
  • Audio amplification for 1 wireless lapel microphone currently available

Wolfensohn Hall:

In Hall:

  • Ceiling-mounted digital projector (used for movie viewing)
  • 5 Ceiling-mounted audio speakers (used for movie viewing audio)
  • 2 Wall-mounted audio speakers (on stage; used for laptop audio)
  • 1 Wall-mounted speech speaker (stage left; used for speech audio)
  • 1 Ceiling-mounted retractable audio microphone (used for concert audio recording)
  • 2 Ceiling-mounted automatic projection screens; 1- wide, 1 – narrow (on stage)

In AV room:

  • 1 HD video camera
  • Audio Mixing Board
  • Audio Processor; used for movie viewing audio
  • Blu Ray player
  • Digital projector; used for laptop presentations
  • 6 Wireless lapel microphones; 6 – wireless hand-held microphones (*all 12 cannot be used simultaneously, a max. of 6 wireless microphones can be used at once; panel discussions for up to 6 people available)
  • Rack-mounted CD/cassette player/recorder
  • Rack-mounted mp3 player/recorder

 
Dining Hall:

  • 2 Wall-mounted audio speakers (on windows, far left corner and far right corner)
  • 4 XLR audio inputs; 1 – located center window, 3 – located beneath speaker on far right corner
    *Multiple podiums not available
  • 1 Wireless hand-held microphone (currently no additional wireless devices are available)
    *Wireless hand-held microphone and podium can be used simultaneously

Audio Rack:

  • Rack-mounted 5-disc changer CD player
  • Rack-mounted cassette player
  • Rack-mounted mp3 recorder/player
    *iPod jack available

 
Dilworth Room:

  • 1 Wall-mounted audio speaker
  • 3 XLR audio inputs (all located beneath speaker)
  • 3 Table microphones (podium cannot be used with ALL 3 table microphones)
  • 2 Wireless lapel microphones
  • 2 Wireless hand-held microphones

*All 7 microphones cannot be used simultaneously
**Panel discussions for up to 4 people available

Audio Rack:

    *Additional wireless devices available, including 1 wireless lapel microphone and 1 wireless hand-held microphone; no more than 2 wireless devices can be used simultaneously

 
White-Levy Room:

  • 2 Wall-mounted flat-screen monitors (located behind white board)
  • Ceiling-mounted automatic projection screen

Video conferencing equipment includes:

  • 2 Fixed position video cameras (1 – located on front wall, behind white board; 1 – located rear wall of board room, upper left corner)
  • Conference telephone

 
Bloomberg Hall Lecture Hall:

  • Ceiling-mounted digital projector

Podium includes:

  • 1 VGA input (laptop)
  • 1 Mac mini input (room PC)
  • 2 Ceiling-mounted automatic projection screens (1 – located center blackboards; 1 – located right blackboards, caddy-corner)
