Publications
The Institute for Advanced Study produces a range of publications that illustrate the Institute's contribution to advancements in knowledge, including the achievements of its Faculty and its Members – past and present – and their impact across the globe. In addition, the publications provide information on the Institute's history and mission and its current activities and initiatives.
The Institute Letter is published three times per academic year. The current issue may be viewed here. The publication focuses on the work of the Institute Faculty, Emeriti, and Members (past and present), and is distributed to the Institute community and public at large. It announces new Faculty appointments, Board activity, News of the Institute Community (prizes and accomplishments of current Faculty, Emeriti, and current and former Members and Visitors), and reports on Institute research and programs.
Every year the Institute publishes a Faculty and Members booklet that illustrates the breadth, depth, and diversity of the scholars who work at the Institute and the subjects of their study.

Institute for Advanced Study: An Introduction, a 2009 edition of a publication initially published in association with the Institute's seventy-fifth anniversary in 2005 but intended to fulfill the more general purpose of providing background about the Institute, is available here.
Visit the Publications Archive for back issues of The Institute Letter and Attributions, which ceased publication in 2005.
The Institute also produces Times at the Institute (TatI), a newsletter for current Members and Visitors, on behalf of the Association of Members of the Institute for Advanced Study (AMIAS). The current issue and archived issues may be accessed here. Please note that this publication is only accessible to those on campus.
